Ford Has Issued a TSB (#98-9-10) About This Unit Possibly Not Charging in the Vehicle Due to a Bad Connection at the B+ Terminal. The Suggested Repair is to Replace the B+ Cable (#F5RZ-14300-FA) and Tighten Properly, or, if the Terminal on the Alternator is Damaged, Replace the B+ Terminal (#F3RZ-10329-AB) as Well as the Cable. This Only Applies to the 1995-98 Contour / Mystique.
